is one of the essential elements to life. However, many

much or too little. Others use food to compensate for

begin, a Whole Body Healthscan is conducted to determine
if there are any physical and/or nutritional issues
that interfere with your weight management. If any are
identified, they are addressed through Chiropractic
care, nutritional balancing, and /or acupressure and
other techniques.
After
this level of care has been addressed, your emotional
connection with food or certain types of food is explored.
Through emotional release techniques, unhealthy connections
are broken, one by one, until you have regained a healthy
and enjoyable relationship with food, and your body
is ready, willing and able to lose or gain weight as
necessary to reach its optimal health.
